In the app (recommended)
- Open Settings from the home screen.
- Tap Delete account and read what will be removed.
- Tap Delete forever to confirm. The account is deleted at once, for good.
We will not ask for a password or an email address; we never had either. The app proves the account is yours with the key stored on your phone.
Without your phone
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete account", your nickname, roughly when you last played and anything else you remember (a table you played at, whether you signed in with Google or Apple). We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.
Accounts hold no name or email, so an account we cannot identify from what you send is one we cannot find to delete. The same anonymity stops anyone else from claiming it.
What is deleted, what remains
- Deleted: your nickname, your device keys and any linked Google or Apple sign-in. Nobody can sign into the account again by any method; chips, rank and history are gone for good. Table chat messages expire on their usual 30-day schedule.
- Remains: the chip ledger's non-identifying entries (a random account id and numbers). They keep everyone's balances provably correct and cannot be tied back to you.
Details are in the privacy policy.
It cannot be undone
A deleted account cannot be restored. If you only want a break, uninstall the app and the account stays (if you signed in with Google or Apple, you can get it back later).
